Enjoy 6 nights, 5 full days of yoga, organic vegetarian meals, accommodation and an average of 2 hours of yoga per day. Yoga includes at least 10 hours of vinyasa, yin and restorative hatha yoga classes including 3 beach sessions, 4 studio classes and 2 workshops focused on improving technique.  

Just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 hour from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Arcachon. Our chosen location in Biscarrosse provides expansive sandy golden beaches, dunes, clean blue ocean for surfing, three stunning lakes for SUP with secret beaches. All this among the pine forest of Landes with healing salty air and dreamy breathtaking sunsets.
