TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Prices are per person in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy, for new bookings only and may be withdrawn at any time. Any cancellation after registration will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation received in writing before March 1, 2017 will result in a loss of deposit. Any cancellation made between April 1st , 2017 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. Balance and Final payments are due by April 15th, 2017. The Retreat Leader reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if they do so, your deposit is refunded in full). Itinerary is subject to change, if so, you will be notified in writing. The inclusions are subjected to change. We reserve the right to change or cancel any activity for any reason. However you will always be notified in advance and every effort to replace it with an equal value activity will be made.Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest either World Nomads or Travel Guard Insurance. Both offer several policy options.
